-No, not at this time our goal is to sell our customers quality products at discount prices, we can make that happen by maintaining a virtual store.

How long does it take to receive my order?
-It can take up to 3-5 business days.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
-No, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to sanitary reasons.

Is the merchandise I purchased new?
-Yes, all merchandise is brand new and individually packaged.

Is it safe for me to pay by check or credit card?
-Yes, Our company does not get your credit or checking account number. Our transactions are made through PayPal, a safe, secure and easy way for our customers to post payments.

If an item I want is out of stock, how long does it take to be re-ordered?
-It will usually take about 4-6 weeks.

Is the jewelry I bought sanitized and ready to wear?
-No, although all of our jewelry is brand new, as with any jewelry that is purchased for a piercing it must and should always be sanitized before wear.
